Theme hospital hd patch Patch#
I used the orignial Theme Hospital with the one offical patch (from Bullfrog itself, not that community one). If u have done this start the game normally and the sound will work nice and smooth. Make sure to set "Creative Labs Sound Blaster Pro (New Version)" on "MIDI Music" and "Creative Labs Sound Blaster 16 or AWE32" on "Digital audio".

Just execute "SETSOUND.EXE" in the "SOUND" directory and configure the sound itself. Theme Hospital works fine on Version 0.74.
